Location and Parking
First Unitarian-Universalist Church of Detroit is located at 4605 Cass Avenue in Detroit, at the corner of Cass and Forest. We are in the heart of the Wayne State University and Cultural Center areas of Midtown. We are proud to be part of the Cass Corridor Commons, a multi-use non-profit and green space managed by the East Michigan Environmental Action Council (EMEAC).

Parking
Church parking is available for our worship services on Sunday mornings. The church uses two parking lots — one is right on the church’s doorsteps, while the other is across Prentis Street. During the week, when our Cass Corridor Commons partners use the building, visitors should park in the Prentis lot along the alley if possible.
Prentis Lot
Owned by the church, this lot is on the south side of Prentis between Cass and 2nd Avenue. The entire lot is available for church parking on Sunday. We rent spaces to Motor City Brewing Company and EMEAC during the week.
Church Lot
Closest to the church, it has only a few spaces. As a result, we suggest leaving its use to those for whom parking elsewhere would be a significant hardship. The church is wheelchair accessible with a ramp leading from the Church lot.
